A hardcore band with it's roots in Indianapolis, EIC started out as "a good 'ol rock and roll band." The core members of the original group started pouring out new material faster than they could remember it. On January 1, 1997, EIC went into The All Night Production Room in Muncie, and recorded their first full length called, The Human Genome Project. Time progressed and so did EIC's line-up and sound. EIC developed a metal sound and has settled on hardcore. They've since recorded an EP's worth of material with Tony Burton in Sharpsville. The EP is titled No Compromise.
