BAND INFO: Orbital is made up of two brothers who have been making music for almost a decade now. They became very popular in the mid-90's, being red-hot in the techno/electronica world. The Middle of Nowhere - OVERVIEW: A beautiful and very talented techno band that is very open about its music. Some of the songs on this CD are very dancy, some are just synth noise with some samples, and some are just this side of ambient. This is the first Orbital CD I've ever heard, and I must admit that I loved from track #1 through the end. Many of the songs are very relaxing with female chanting and some deep drum rhythms.
