We are sad to announce the passing into the spirit world, on May 10,2003 in Montana, of

JOHNNY RUSSELL.

Chief and spiritual leader of the Cheyenne Nation of Lamedeer.

We first met him during the 1999 Four Winds Pow Wow and had the opportunity to see him again and enjoy his company several times during his visits to Switzerland. He will be missed by all of us.

Nous l'avions rencontré pour la première fois lors du Pow Wow de Four Winds en 1999 et avons depuis eu souvent le plaisir de le rencontrer à nouveau lors de ses visites en Suisse. Il nous manquera à tous.
