Shepherd Moons - The Unofficial Enya Website
This is the best and most comprehensive Enya page Iīve seen so far. Besides the usual stuff, it also has a big database of artcles and interviews. These you can search using a searchbot, which also searches on other Enya pages.
As with any other official homepage the thing hasnīt been updated for years. It says that the Enya Greatest Hits is going to be published soon. Well, it happened only three years ago. :/

This page has a long description of Enyaīs career, with a humorous twist. I think itīs a pretty cool page both for information and entertainment value.
A site mainly concentrating on the albums. According to the site owner, she is proud to be an Australian. I like Australia but Iīd still like to come with this quote:

A page kept in black, how nice :) Doesnīt really have much information, but I havenīt looked so much at it. Perhaps itīs just hiding.
Marcus Carneiro's Cursum Perficio
This guy has quite a nice background, made from the cover of Paint the Sky With Stars. I like the lay-out of it all. Sadly the guy is from Brazil and hasnīt been very good at translating the text into English.
