Baked Bean Casserole

1 can lima beans
1 can pork and beans
1 can kidney beans
1 lb. ground beef
1c. chopped onion
1/2 c. ketchup
3/4 c. brown sugar
1.2 lb. bacon
1 T. mustard
1 T. vinegar
Heat in 350 degree oven for 30 mins covered,
then 30 mins. more uncovered.
This is an excellent covered dish for that church supper,
or family picnic.



Chicken Pasta Salad

1 lb. trio pasta, cooked and drained
2 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
1 can black olives, sliced
4 ribs celery sliced
1 large red pepper, diced large
1/2 lb. mushrooms sliced
1/4 c. mayonnaise
Salt & Pepper to taste
Parsley
Paprika

Boil 2 chicken breasts, cool, remove bones & skin, cube.
Cook pasta, and drain. Combine all ingredients and mix well
Sprinkle top with parsley and paprika. Serve cold.



BLT Chicken Pasta Salad

1 Lb. boneless chicken breast halves
8 oz. rotini pasta
6 slices bacon
3 c. lettuce torn into bite sizes
1 large tomato, chopped
Dressing:
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 T. BBQ or Chili Sauce
1/3 c. water
1 1/2 t. white vinegar
1 1/2 t. chives
1/4 t. each garlic powder, salt and pepper

Boil chicken breasts. Add liquid and cook pasta till firm tender.
Cook bacon, drain and cut up.
Mix all dressing ingredients in large salad bowl.
Add hot pasta to dressing, and toss.
Add chicken but up with the bacon, lettuce and tomatoe.
Toss well, and serve.
