Fellowship Dinner - First Sunday of the month (every 3 months) immediately following morning service

This is our time to come together as a church family to share good food and fellowhip. The world moves so quickly in society today that we need to take the time to slow down and enjoy the people God has brought into our lives. Bring a covered dish or dessert and join us. June will be our next fellowship dinner.

Silver Bell Nursing Home Visit - 2pm - Fourth Sunday of the month

Come join us as we minister in Word, song, and deed to these precious people. When we couldn't come to Him, Jesus came to us. Let's follow His example and take His love to those who can't come to us.

March, 2002 - Acquire the Fire Youth Conference - Stand Up Indy

We are heading to Indianapolis, IN to attend this high-energy, super-charged youth conference. There is nothing like worshiping the Lord with thousands of other teens while standing in the awesome presence of our almighty God. They have awesome Christian bands and speakers, videos, fireworks, inspired worship, and the strongest presence of God you have ever encountered. May 19, 2001 - Gaither Homecoming Concert

We are heading to Indianapolis, IN to listen to some awesome gospel music! It will be held at Conseco Fieldhouse at 6:00 p.m. The tickets cost $18.50 in advance, or we can get the tickets for $15.50 if we have a group of 20 or more. If you are interested in attending please contact Dan or call 812-667-SING. We will be stopping for dinner on the way down and maybe some dessert and coffee on the way back...you just never know with us!

Long Run Association Lenten Services

Beginning on the evening of March 4th, at New Liberty Baptist Church, we will be gathering together to celebrate the Lenten season as we focus on what Jesus did for us on the cross. God moved powerfully through these services last year as we gathered together in unity, seeking the Lord. Don't miss out this year as the churches in the association seek to come together as one body in Christ! Please join us.
The next service will be held at Brushy Fork Baptist Church March 25th at 6:30pm. The service on April 1st will be held at Mt. Sterling Baptist and the final service, April 8th, will be held at Switzerland Baptist Church.

Good Friday Service - 7pm

On Good Friday, April 13th, the members of the Benham and Cross Plains Methodist Churches will be coming to our church to celebrate Good Friday with us. Their pastor will be preaching at our church. Come hear the message that he will bring and share in the fellowship of believes. A fellowship dinner will follow immediatley after the service.
