Ceremonies are important in Girl Scouting. Ceremonies are used to celebrate the grand occasions and transitions in scouting. They help bring meaning to life experiences and offer a means of self expression for girls. There is no set "recipe" for great ceremonies. The best ceremonies are planned and carried out by the girls.
