I appologize for any recipes that were submitted but do not appear in the final book. I had a computer crash and there is a possibility that some recipes did not get recovered. I also appologize for any typing or clerical errors. Below is a list of corrections or updates for recipe book.

Mint Chocolate pieces are no longer available. This recipe can be used to create the mint chocolate for this recipe.
Take one 12 ounce package of semi-sweet chocolate morsels and put them in an air tight container. Add 1/4 teaspoon of peppermint extract to the chips. Stir them up. Seal the container and let sit for at least 24 hours.Kathy

Suggested: Spiced Whipped Cream
1 cup whipping (heavy) cream
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon grated orange peel
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Beat whipping cream in chilled small bowl on high speed until soft peaks form. Beat in sugar, orange peel and cinnamon until stiff peaks form.
