The Trojans outhit Benton Central 13-9. Unfortunately, all 13 hits were singles. Michael went 5 innings giving up 7 hits while striking out 8 batters. "If someone would have told me we were going to get 13 hits to their 9 I would say we would come out on top," said Coach Gasaway. The loss dropped Covington to 1-2. The Trojans look to turn around things tonight against Danville, Ill. Ryan and Steve both collected 3 hits.
