Lancara is half sister to Melody, though Lancara was adopted by Melody’s birth mother Aurora. When Black died the first time, Lancara had just turned 7 or 8, Aurora was talking badly about Black, trying to smear his memory and make him look bad. Lancara tried to stick up for her father and Auroria killed Lancara.

Melody was born during through this. Aurora was jealous that Black was going to be with someone else and she tried to kill Melody, because she had brought up bad memories. Black was resurrected and stopped her. He then took Melody and then resurrected Lancara. When Lancara came back, she was pretty quiet and not very trusted with people and mostly hung out with Lancara. Melody was always the bubbly type and too trusting of people, especially with the nanny.

Melody had then joined with her father when he had built the Dark Demons of Magic. After being deaged down to the age of 5, the young princess took enjoyment of everything that there was to do in being a child again and forgetting the memories that had plagued her young childhood. Her only one true wish, was to have her own perfect mommy. Despite all of Blacks protests Melody had her heart set on Mystic becoming her mother. Black despite all his past problems with Mystic gave Melody what she wanted and allowed Mystic to adopt Melody. Mystic became exactly what Black knew she would become, a lousy mother she totally forgot about Melody. Melody still being the bubbly thing she is went on as if nothing had changed, she herself apologized to Talia the Keeper of innocence as well as her father. The adoption was stricken from all records, except the minds of those who had to endure it. She searches for her ideal mother still and remains the age of 5 forever and a princess in the DDM under her daddys protection.
