Ruminia, MonteNegro, and Serbia will be evacuated. Also, the relations between balkan nations will be mended. 12. The Turkish people will leave the Ottoman empire and have their own free nation, along with all other people of Turkish nationality, and the Dardanelles will be free for passage. 13.
