Before we begin the interview, we ask the Veteran to sign a Release form. This allows us to open the interview to interested parties for research. It also allows us to post parts of the interview on our website, and use parts of the interview for uncompensated public publications used to promote our project.

We also ask the Veteran to fill out a contact form so their personal contact will not be viewable on the film.
We never give out the Veteran's contact information to a third party, not even to another Veteran.
We never use this information to solicit funds from the Veteran.
