Jesus Is Alive

Matthew 26-28

Three days after Jesus died, an earthquake shook the ground.  The guards that were watching over Jesus’ tomb were afraid.  An angel rolled back the stone from the mouth of the tomb.  The guards were afraid so they ran away .  Jesus’
body was gone.  When Mary Magdalene,  one of Jesus’ friends, saw the stone had been rolled away, she cried, ”Where is Jesus?” “Do Not be afraid, “an angel
said. “Jesus is not here.  I have joyful news.  He is alive.  You must tell the
disciples that Jesus is alive!”  Mary was filled with happiness and joy.  She ran to find the disciples to tell them the good news!
