Yes! It is true! God is the One that you're searching for! Most that come here I don't
believe will necessarily have any issues with that fact. However, in the event that this is
an area that you are struggling with, let me use God's own words to convince you that
He not only is, but wants you to know Him! He gives us a very specific way that we
can be assured that He exists: Nature.

"The heavens declare the glory of God,
and the sky above proclaims his handiwork."
Psalm 19:1

God says that all we have to do to know that He does exist, is to look up at the sky, and
witness the stars and all the glory proclaimed in them. I did a study once to learn the max
number of stars currently known. I soon came to the conclusion that no one truly knows!
I saw estimates from 6,000 to 10,000 known galaxies with upwards of 6 million to 3
trillion, million stars per galaxy. Some sites even estimated higher amounts! How truly
marvelous is that? Incredibly...when you take into account that they are all there for the
distinct purpose of proclaiming the glory of their Creator! Do you want to know if God
exist? Then look at one of the greatest displays of His glory that He has created! But if
that isn't enough:

"For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against
all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who by
their unrighteousness suppress the truth. For what can
be known about God is plain to them, because God has
shown it to them. For his invisible attributes, namely,
his eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly
perceived, ever since the creation of the world, in
the things that have been made. So they are without excuse."
Romans 1:18-20

That last statement should make the hairs on your neck rise! They are without excuse.
"I don't believe there is a God." They are without excuse. "I'm not sure if there is a God."
They are without excuse.

I believe the number one reason most people deny what God has made so abundantly
clear, is that to admit that God is, is to admit that they are accountable to Him. That is to
say they are without excuse. Excuses are what we give to get out of something. If God
exists, and says that there is no excuse for denying Him, then He must be Judge of those
who have denied. Failure to know God is not God's fault! It is ours and ours alone.

They are without excuse.

My friend, if you find yourself in doubt about God, then take a good look around you. He
has given you every witness of Himself that you will ever need. The question then is not
one of evidence, but rather, one of faith...
