...Dual Camera installation...


..The field of view of a camera dictates the altitude the plane must have. The plane needs to be higher (or further away) than the longest dimension of the object of interest. For a smallish (> 5 foot span) plane, sometimes this would put the plane at or beyond visual range. This installation is intended to get around that restriction. With two SMTbackpacks (tm), the addition of another camera isn't a penalty.... The images are aligned to overlap along the center of the flight path as shown...
