This CD is a collection of recordings from the spring of 1984 through the spring of 1992. The songs are mostly in the reggae style with some rock thrown in for good measure. Most of the songs were recorded in the March of 1987 at Breakneck Hill Studios. Have You Seen Your Psychiatrist Lately? was recorded at Log Road Studios. All Tied Up and the final version of One Person were recorded at TallMan Studios. Sail Away was recorded at John G Studios. All of the recordings were completed on a TASCAM 244 (except for Have You Seen Your Psychiatrist Lately? which was completed on an Akai 270Dss) and digitally enhanced using Adobe Audition. All songs were produced, recorded, and written by John Spreier. Acoustic guitar, bass guitar, electric guitar, keyboards, and vocals by John Spreier. Drums (and the "Mr. Zager" vocals on Have You Seen Your Psychiatrist Lately?) by John Guadagni.
