The oriental madman wreaked havoc in Japan and the United States. He terrorized his opponents by spewing his dreaded green mist, blinding them. This figure was created with a John Cena head with sculpted hair, then repainted. The head was placed on a "fat torso", with the waist and legs belonging to a Paulie figure from the Rocky line, also repainted and drybrushed.
