Contact the Illinois States Attorney with a complaint

The more complaints they get filed in, the faster they will go after these guys.

Besides that, what can WE do as people.

If you're ever downtown near the Merc, just stop by.  More often than not, they will be collecting some group to interview.  Just walk by and wonder aloud, or pretend you're interviewing yourself and talk to the people about what you've found out.  At least give your fellow worker a chance to keep his money.  We have to help each other people.

You can also trade emails with fellow employees. Try doing this at the first interview and then check to see how many are you are called for the second interview.  (Remember, he says only 25% even make it to the second interview, so check this.)
