Notes:
1. Defeated Sal Bellomo in a match after they each win separate battle royals to determine finalists.
2. Wins by forfeit when Tito Santana no-showed for the match.
3. Pinned Terry Funk in 8-man war game match with Douglas, Mr. Hughes, and Public Enemy vs. Funk, Hawk, Kevin Sullivan, and Tazmaniac. Defeated 2 Cold Scorpio in the finals for the NWA World Heavyweight Title on August 27, 1994 in Philadelphia. Vacates the NWA World title and proclaimed himself ECW World Heavyweight Champion. ECW withdraws from the NWA and renames the promotion Extreme Championhip Wrestling in September of 1994.
4. Pinned Steve Austin in a three way match between Mickey Whipwreck and Austin.
5. Defeated Stevie Richards in a tag match with Sandman and Tommy Dreamer vs. Richards and Brian Lee when Raven no-showed.
6. Pinned Sabu in a Three Way Dance between Sabu and Terry Funk.
7. Mike Awesome defeated Taz and Masato Tanaka in a Three Way Dance.
8. Steve Corino defeated Justin Credible, The Sandman, and Jerry Lynn in a "Double Jeopardy" match.
9. The Sandman defeated Justin Credible and Steve Corino in a "three way dance: tables, ladders, chairs, and canes" match to win the title.
10. Promotion closes in April 2001, Title Retired.
