I saw Cry-Baby long, long ago (ok, many months ago), only for some bizarre reason I forgot to review it. So I think I’ll wait to write my real review of it until some time in the future when I see it again (I’ll try to remember to see it this summer, but I can’t promise anything).
Even though I don’t remember much of anything at all about it, I do remember that it was, by far, my favourite of John Waters’s films that I’ve seen (the other ones are Cecil B. Demented, Pecker, and Hairspray). It’s a musical about rebels and squares in the 50s. Iggy Pop’s in it, though for some reason I’d even forgotten that, which seems impossible now that I remember it.
Anyway, wait for me to see it again, and I’ll make this into a real review.
