"In August of 1980 I moved to the East Manning Street in Providence, Rhode Island. The first winter there was brutal and I wanted to move until the spring came and I discovered the beaches. In May of 1981 I had a motorcycle accident which resulted in broken bones, a scarred body, and the potential that I might not play guitar again. My body still aches but I was able to overcome the pain and continue writing and recording. Some of the results just didn't fit in with this album but I did want them preserved for prosperity in some way, hence all of the bonus Mp3s."

All the performances were recorded and produced by John Spreier at Seventh Street Studios in Providence, Rhode Island from the autumn of 1980 through the spring of 1985 using an Akai 270DSS with the exception of Pete Kogler's bass and Charlie Capella's guitar which were recorded on location at their house in New Jersey. The only other exception is The Answer which was recorded by Dave Correia at Celebration Sounds in Pawtucket, Rhode Island on a 24 track Otari. The analog recordings were enhanced digitally using Adobe Audition version 1.0.

All of the instrumental performances are by John Spreier except: David Chandler played keyboard on Be There for Me & The Answer. Charlie Capella played the middle lead guitar on Private Pleasure. Pete Kogler played bass on Unfaithful Love, Private Pleasure, The Bottom Line, and The Ramblings on (of a Demented Mind). Pete Kogler played the Taurus bass pedals on The Ramblings on (of a Demented Mind). Dave Crigger played drums on Unfaithful Love, Private Pleasure, The Bottom Line, The Ramblings on (of a Demented Mind), Drowning Rumours, and Stand and Fight. All of the vocal performances are by John. All of the songs on this album were written by John Spreier except The Bottom Line which the music was written by Dave Lieber & John Spreier and the lyrics were written by John Spreier. The CD and front cover picture was shot in Rhode Island by Joan Patterson. The inside cover picture was shot in Taiwan by Johannes Spreier.

This enhanced CD contains 15 audio tracks, 34 Mp3s (including 19 bonus Mp3s), the lyrics to all of the songs, and four pictures.
