This set is called "festering."  I was in a halloween mood, and since halloween is coming soon, I figured someone might need something new for a theme-based page. 

The fonts used are "chiller" and "vt corona."  Check fontseek for downloads.  Everything is set to go on a dark gray background color.  The hex code is:  #333333.  It's a web-safe color, so it should work on any browser.
