Sometimes when the twilight hour leaves…
Underneath the city lights I see ahead
The halos they cast along our walkway…
Singing their visions of how the world soon shall end

Twilight sparkles on the city gravel…
Brighter than the light eminating from our own eyes

Spiraling and gone like the long lost time
