Wilde Tanke vs Sammy Powers

Conarri: And unfortunately, what might have been an excellent match, won’t be.

Stanton: Why?

Conarri: Well, you see, Powers basically no-showed. And Tanke never sent his biographical information. So we have a guy who will get no offense against a guy who doesn’t have any offense.

Stanton: Meaning that?

Conarri: Meaning that Wilde Tanke wins in 3 seconds for no particular reason.

DING! DING! DING!

[And sure enough, Wilde Tanke wins in 3 seconds for no particular reason.]

DING! DING! DING!

Stanton: That was quick.

Styles: Boy howdy. Commercials now.

Conarri: Time for the introductions here, as this four-way tag team match gets underway!

Vicious n' Delicious vs The Regulators
vs The Red Axis vs Team Soylent Green

["Vicious n' Delicious" are first out, emerging through the entranceway together before charging towards the ringside area. With their music blaring throughout the arena, the two young men hit the ring, climbing opposite buckles and jacking up the fans. As they switch positions on the ringposts, Leslie remarks that she believes they are the only team who have ever faced the "Untouchables" for the CAL World Tag Team titles that remain intact and active today. Although they may have come up short in that attempt, Cito adds, they still remain a viable threat to current CAL World Tag Team champions Kid Xtreme and Crosslatch.. even if they remain in different promotions.]

[With their music winding down, it's "The Regulators" that are called out next, the tattooed Shawn Andrews leading out the black-vested, Steson-wearing Jeremiah Blackwell. Rubbing his bald head absently, "The Revolution" looks towards the two men in the ring without much respect, sliding in with his partner and ignoring both Danny and Adam as he climbs the ropes. His partner joins him after removing his gear, climbing a buckle and raising his own arms in the air. Cito remarks that "Blackjack" is a former CAL World Tag Team champion, of course, having held that title as a member of "Southern Comfort", one of the CAL's all-time great units. As Vicious and Adam stretch it out in their corner, Blackwell and Andrews talk strategy in theirs as their music comes to a close.]

Conarri: If anything, it's the diversity of teams across the CAL that impresses me most. Danny and Adam are two big, young, strong guys; Shawn Andrews is an all-business mat technician, and his partner as rough-and-tumble as they come.

Stanton: And Shawn and Jeremiah? They're the oldest pairing in this match tonight, that's for sure. Experience counts a lot in this business; it'll be interesting to see if it pays off now.

[Our ring announcer's voice summons in the team of the "Red Axis" next, Cito reminding us that this particular combination tonight comes to us in the form of Olan Malyk and Svetlana Verevka, the latter of whom surprised the CAL recently by entering PCW's "King of the Deathmatch" tournament. Jack Cross is not here tonight, spending most of his time in Paradise City Wrestling as he is, but the team's manager, Slava Yakolinov, guides the team out. Only the albino Olan seems to have any reaction to the crowd's disapproval of the team, seemingly reveling in the disdain of the audience as the team sets up in their corner.]

[Heinrich von Deutchbagg leads out the oddball teram of Jack Slade and E-Normus Norman last, goose-stepping his way out of the back as Norman and Slade lumber after him. The self-styled 'Geek of Nature' and 'CRW's Chosen Scum' make their way ringside across this foreign soil, sauntering in the ring as their Megadeth theme reaches an apex. Their lazy gait soon turns out to be a ruse, however, as the two slide under the bottom rope --]

DING! DING!

[-- and the match is ON! Norman and Slade immediately target their OLW counterparts, Andrews and Blackwell, Slade trading wild punches with Blackwell as Norman pounds his massive fists into the equally-agressive Shawn Andrews. This suddenly melee immediately prompts Danny Vicious and Adam Delicious to go toe-to-toe with Verevka and Malyk, Danny hesitating over striking Svetlana until she starts to lay in the chops. With all four teams duking it out, Referee Mark O'Meara tries to restore early order, shouting warnings at different parties... but Danny Vicious and Adam Delicious take care of that problem for him, Danny tossing Svetlana over the top rope before joining his partner in clotheslining Olan over the top after her. Jack Slade takes a headlock from Andrews in order to lift him up and over the top to the floor with a toss, and Norman gives Blackwell the big boot over the top as the man pounds on Slade in a corner in a moment of revenge. O'Meara demands that Norman and Delicious step out, leaving Slade and Vicious in the ring as the others regroup.]

[Slade's strong, but Vicious has just been doing this longer, and at six-nine he just overpowers Slade. Driving a few blows into his face before delivering a pumphandle Slam, Danny drops an elbow over Slade's form... before Olan springs to the top rope from the apron, dropping a leg over Danny's back. Scrambling up, Olan throws Danny into the ropes before backing hard into his corner and hitting a running dropkick on the big man. Getting to his feet, Olan shoots towards a corner again - and is caught in a headlock takedown by Andrews, who jumps in over the top rope and floors Malyk! Olan fights up, getting rid of Andrews on the ropes, but his attempt to duck under the man is met with a scissor kick to the back of the head. Meanwhile, Slade gets to his feet, eyegouging an also-recovering Vicious before showing his might with a double-arm suplex on the big, big Danny V. Tagging in, Slade sends in Norman.]

[Shawn Andrews' attempt at a Northern Lights suplex results in Olan Malyk blocking it with his legs halfway up and rolling forward, rolling Shawn into a makeshift pin he kicks out of. But Malyk is quick on his feet like usual, hitting the ropes directly before him to dropkick Andrews in the face! Meanwhile, Norman stomps on Vicious, looking for a vertical suplex - and hitting one, only to have Danny keep the suplex locked in order to roll over, lift Norman up, and suplex him. Tagging in Adam, Danny whipes Norman into the ropes, catching him in backbreaker position so that Adam can drop an elbow off the second rope, flipping him over. Looking for a pin, Adam finds a long one count. Olan hits several of his Ataxia strikes to the head of Andrews as the man sits up on the mat, but is caught in an ace crusher out of the blue when Shawn kicks him suddenly in the stomach and drops him by the neck.]

[Andrews, tagging in Blackwell, helps Jeremiah throw Olan into the ropes - who tags Svetlana on the way before "The Revolution" dives low, forcing Olan to jump over him into Blackwell's "Roundup" running lariat. Blackwell covers, looking up when there's no count and getting to his feet. O'Meara slaps his hands together to indicate a tag, and Blackwell takes an Asai moosault full-on as he turns, Svetlana standing right back up again to knee him hard in the face. Adam Delicious, meanwhile, tosses Norman across the ring and following him, forcing Svetlana to dive under Normam and leap-frog over Adam as Adam clotheslines the ogre from Ochre River with a running clothesline. Adam flings Norman back through Svetlana again, who again goes low... but rather than leap over Adam this time, hitting a high snap kick to the face that stops him in his tracks. Tagging in Olan, the two fling him across the ring and hit a double standing dropkick, sending him over the top rope to the floor. As the two Red Axis memebers rise and turn, though, they find Blackwell charging them across the ring, looking for a double version of his "Roundup" - but finding instead Norman hitting his "Reverse Clothesline" ob him before he falls from his own pain. Svetlana steps out, Olan moving to Blackwell and Norman lying on the mat near Adam.]

[As Olan pulls Jeremiah up, "Blackjack" punches him right in the jimmy with an uppercut, making him buckle in pain. A desperate reverse atomic drop does the trick further before Jeremiah tags in Andrews, Shawn kicking Olan in the midsection before delivering his "Trendkiller Piledriver" and getting a two-count. It's Svetlana who breaks it up with a boot to the back of Shawn's head, but Svetlana in turn is shoulderblocked through the ropes to the floor by Delicious as he gets to his feet, diving a second later to tag in Danny Vicious. With Blackwell, Delicious and Slade on the apron, Olan on the mat with Andrews and Norman, and Svetlana on the floor, Danny Vicious starts to clean house. As Slava Yakolinov looks to aid Svetlana, Olan Malyk is tossed over the top rope at them, all three falling into the guardrail. E-Normus Norman, trying to get to his feet, is thrown directly into his own corner to knock Slade off the apron, Norman hitting the ring post through the buckle and slumping there. Finally, Shawn Andrews is tossed into his own corner, bouncing back out as Jeremiah Blackwell slaps his shoulder for the tag, and finding Vicious waiting with a belly-to-belly over the top! Crashing out through the ropes to the floor, Shawn falls hard - and Vicious tags Delicious a split-second before Blackwell spins him around, punching him in the face and scooping him up for his "Blackjack Driver".. but Vicious floats his big body three-sixty, forcing a weary Blackwell through his legs as Delicious climbs to the top rope.]

[Picking Jeremiah up with great effort, Vicious drops him hard in his Canadian Bombshell" running powerbomb - and holds him there as Delicious comes off the top with a guillotine legdrop! Rolling off as the crowds scream, our referee counts the three as Vicious keeps the pin on Blackwell.... and it's OVER!]

DING! DING! DINGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG!!

RAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!

Conarri: The mixed CRW-OLW team of "Vicious n' Delicious" pull this one off here!

Styles: You’re kidding me. Danny Vicious and/or Adam Delicious actually WON something for once? Gaah… cut to commercials, I gotta rest my head for a minute.
