Takeo - Ahh, the smell of cool dry crisp air
WuFei - You haven't eaten have you?
Takeo - Nope. Anyway, I'm in a happy mood and must begin the story.
WuFei - Good *clears throat* Takeo does not own GW or us. Warnings, none.

Chapter One : Aeolia and the Ryujinbito

Duo watched as the Colonies and Earth slowly disappeared from his vision. A jab of fear pricked his heart as the ship, called the Peacemillon entered the Shinto Region, so many stars resonating at different pulses, some giving of colors that reminded him of the rainbow. Just stars in the endless sea of stars. Planets don't shine like this, I'm glad that they don't, if not many people who could rushing to the planet and ruin its purity.

"Nothing has happened so far." Trowa said as he approached Duo, dressed in jeans and a green turtle neck.

"Hey Trowa. Yeah, everything's peaceful." Duo said as he rested on the railing and looking down to where Heero was speaking with Howard, the man who ran the ship.

"Are you still mad at Zechs?" Trowa asked. Duo clicked his black boots, tucking his golden cross into his priest garb. His chosen outfit for this voyage was very interesting.

"He should have never dated Hilde. Such a jerk, always dating women on a whim. I couldn't comfort the poor kid for hours. He did the same thing to Noin, although Noin seems to be obsessed with him." Duo said bitterly.

"That's the way these things are. I do not doubt that you've had your share of heartbreaks." Trowa said.

"Maybe. But what about you and, Catherine right?" Duo asked as violet eyes rested on the silent Trowa.

"She's my sister Duo. And no, Zechs hasn't met her. But don't judge Zechs so harshly. I'm sure that he's stopped his behavior." Trowa said softly.

"I guess. Anyway, I prefer guys. My dad seemed okay with it." Duo said with a smirk at Trowa. Trowa shook his head.

"We all do. I like Heero." Trowa said with an awkward blush as his eyes caught blazing cobalt eyes that looked up at him. Heero waved.

"Leave it to you to pick the craziest out of all us. In military school, he aced every test remember?" Duo said as he noted what Heero had chosen to wear; spandex blue shorts and a green tanktop.

"Saa..." Trowa said as he fixed his eyes on Heero, barely registering Duo's comment. Duo threw his hands up in protest and left Trowa to his gazing. He wished that Quatre was here so that they could talk. Unlike the Queen Relena, Duo kept his dreams to himself. Relena wasn't the only one who had seen those strange beings...

Meanwhile, on a planet similar to Earth, a young man paced angrily as his father spoke.

"WuFei, please understand what I'm saying." A man with ginger hair said as he fixed his corn blue eyes on his son's pacing form.

"Father, I know that I have to find the Chubu Dragon to save our people. But those people must likely die." WuFei said angrily, beautiful velvet eyes raging with fury.

"He has a point Treize." A woman beside Treize said, her brown hair framing her brown eyes.

"Une, I can't have him defying me. He reminds me of his mother too much." Treize whispered as he watched his son summon his wings and slowly hovered above the ground and retreated from his presence.

"WuFei, we need to save our people. Your mother would understand what you're feeling, please forgive us." Une said, halting the retreating form. Velvet eyes turned on the woman who was the new queen in his mother's place.

"Look here onna, never mention my mother. Queen on no queen, I'll kill you." WuFei said angrily as his wings disappeared and he stormed out of the throne room, his cape swirling behind him. Une collapsed in an exhausted heap, tears spilling from her eyes. Treize comforted her, a hard smile on his lips. If his son wasn't going to obey him willingly, he would have to be forced. Treize made a motion to a guard and told him to follow WuFei.

WuFei stormed into the section in the Crystal Palace(1), looking for the prisoners that he had caught while he patrolled the space around his home planet Aeolia. They were women, apparently from Earth, that strange planet from which eleven other ships like the one currently been held had been destroyed by his father. Luckily, WuFei was the one who had captured them and he had kept their presence quietly hidden from his father. The four women in the cell stood up as they heard the approach of angry feet.

"It's the Prince." Sally said as she caught sight of the angry boy. WuFei smiled as he reached them and opened their door.

"You have to get out of here. My father is beginning to suspect me." WuFei said as he led the four Earthlings towards the hangar in the palace.

"But, I can feel it. Duo is on his way." Hilde said as she hugged herself, her instincts leading her on.

"But to miss this war?" Dorothy asked as she twirled her eyebrows with her fingers. WuFei stopped abruptly and glared at the woman.

"I do not want to fight. Why is it that you want to watch?" WuFei asked as he let his mind create his wings again and he glided behind them.

"Because my lover is a pacist." Dorothy replied with a smile as she remembered Relena Peacecraft's shy smile.

"You mean Relena?" Noin asked.

"Yes. " Dorothy replied.

"Keep on walking. I need to speak with Sally for a few minutes." WuFei said. Noin gave Sally a wink before she hustled the others off.

"What's wrong WuFei?" Sally asked as she placed her hand on the boy's shoulder. WuFei blushed.

"Those dreams that I told you about. They're so much stronger Sally. I have a feeling, in my heart and, I don't understand it." WuFei whispered, his caramel skin turning red. Sally nodded. WuFei had been very nice to them and learned about Earth through his 'prisoners' (2) accounts. He had been told about the four leaders of the Colonies since Hilde talked the most out of them and she spoke constantly of Duo and Zechs. Duo was her brother.

"You're a kind boy WuFei. When that feeling is at its peak, you'll know." Sally said with a smile.

"But, what IS it?" WuFei asked. He had so many emotions bottled up inside him and he couldn't express them.

"It's called love Shenlong." Sally said with a smile as she and WuFei continued walking. WuFei's slender brow wrinkled as he frowned.

"But, I love my mother and it's not the same." WuFei relied. Sally laughed.

"No, not that kind. This one is an uncontrollable desire. You yearn for the person, waiting and hoping. It could drive you mad." Sally said as she caught up with the others. WuFei stood for a moment but kept his thoughts silent. He had to help his friends, these Earthlings escape before his father found out and it was going to be difficult.

"So, is wonder boy lost?" Noin asked with a smile.

"Worse than you are dear Noin." Sally said.

Zechs watched Duo as they sat in the coffee room, both of them silent. I should apologize for my actions towards that girl Hilde. She's related to him, more reason for him to hate me.

"Zechs, you hurt Hilde you know." Duo said, breaking the silence, violet eyes staring at Zechs.

"I know. I'm sorry. When we find them, I'll apologize." Zechs said as he met those eyes with determination.

"You might not be all that bad. Let's be friends again all right?" Duo said as he held out his hand.

"Deal." Zechs said as he shook hands with Duo. A loud explosion was heard as Peacemillion shook.

"We've just being attacked!" Howard shouted over the intercom. All four princes hurried to the bridge and froze at the sight that greeted them. Four twinkling stars changed from pulsing lights and formed dragons with dangerous glinting eyes. One was dark blue, one dark purple and one blue. They were all transparent and they spoke.

"You who hold the amulet, the key to our power. We have awakened and are ready to serve you, like we did your ancestors." The dark blue one said, its eyes fixed on Heero. Heero nodded.

"What's your name?" he asked, maintaining his coolness, even though he was shocked beyond belief.

"I am called Fox. My companions are Bat and Wolf. Very simple names." The dragon said.

"We control you? Are you sure about that?" Duo asked as he pulled out his amulet, as did Heero and Zechs.

"Yes, you do." Bat said as he smirked at Duo. The dragons turned their heads to the right as they watched a bright light shoot past Peacemillion.

"We have to hurry." Wolf said. The three nodded and passed through the metal of Peacemillion and entered into the amulets.

"Where are we going then?" Zechs asked as he fingered his amulet.

"To a planet named Aeolia." Trowa spoke as he punched in the coordinates.

"How do you know all this?" Duo asked.

"You three control the strength. I have been given the wisdom through their presence. It's a lot of information and I'm still trying to make sense of it." Trowa said as he rubbed his temples.

"That is true. We have to hurry." Fox's voice echoed in Heero's head.

"Let's go." Heero said to Howard.

WuFei held his chest as a pain ripped through him. He collapsed on the ground as the four women climbed on to their ship. Sally and Hilde ran back and helped him stand.

"Are you okay?" Sally asked as she brushed back silk black locks from WuFei's face. The boy didn't answer; his face still gripped in pain. WuFei then whispered something about lots of guards.

"What's wrong with him Sally?" Hilde asked as Dorothy and Noin hurried to their side. Sally put her ear to WuFei's chest.

"His having an heart attack and it's not normal." Sally said with fear in her voice.

"He isn't normal." Dorothy said with a small smile.

"Hold it right there!" a voice shouted from behind them. The women looked up. At least fifty guards pointed swords to their throats.

"He's in trouble." Sally said despite the angry looks that she and her friends were receiving.

"Tell that to our King intruders." The head guard said as the soldiers moved in and picked WuFei from their grip and put the women in cuffs.

"WuFei told us that escaping would be hell." Noin muttered as the guards led them out of the hanger and into a different section of the palace that they had never seen.

"WuFei may be in a lot more trouble than we are." Sally shot back. After at least thirty minutes of walking, they were lead up crystal steps and into a large throne room. On it sat a man with wings exactly like WuFei's. Cold cornflower blue eyes met them.

"Your Highness. The prince was helping these Earthlings escape." The guard said as he pushed the women forward.

"Out of the pan into the fire." Hilde said as the man flew towards them. A woman walked down the stairs, her brown eyes watching them. Sally wondered just exactly why WuFei's people where called the Ryujinbito. Only WuFei seemed to display the qualities: a sharp sense of smell, excellent sight, a keen ear and quiet footsteps. If he was angry, he could be heard stomping a mile away. He also moved gracefully, almost seductively and he was beyond beautiful and mysterious.

"My name is Treize. Welcome to Aeolia, the land of the Dragon people, and more importantly, the end of your lives." Treize said with a cold smile.

End of Chapter One

(1) Crystal Palace - Treize's palace is made out of a very strong crystal. It's like the Crystal Tokyo in Sailormoon.
(2) The prisoners - Sally, Noin, Dorothy and Hilde were treated like royalty since WuFei took good care of them. He put them behind bars and told them to keep in the shadows so that no one would suspect anything. It worked and WuFei spent time listening to their stories of Earth and he in turn told them about Aeolia and the Ryujinbito. Remeber, Treize doesn't trust WuFei ^_^ You want to know why? Read the next chapter.
