Rustang

I bought this 4 cylinder 1988 Coupe for $500. An original El Paso car (has rear window defrost that works!) it spent a lot of time in Colorado and has it's fair share of underside rust. When I bought it I had dreams of swapping in a 532 big block with a 6 speed or even a 4.6L. With economy all crapped out and a growing family, that dream has been put on hold. As of October 2008, it has become my second 4Cylinder V8 swap. I have decided that I have enough parts for 1 car, so I have sold my 88GT as a bare bones roller, and have kept all the goodies for the coupe. More work? Hell yeah it is.

What are we doing? Adding a 331 stroker motor with about 425 HP. Some black Bullit rims (5 lug) for a smooth pimpin look and a black and blue interior.

Warning: Unless you can do this yourself, or have a friend that is as dedicated to the project as you are, I don't recommend attempting this kind of thing.
