- Q: When will I get my buttons?
- A: Your finished buttons will be mailed out 2-5 days after I receive your design and payment. If ordering 1000+ buttons, please allow a couple extra days.
- Q: Is there a shipping charge?
- A: All buttons are postage paid for the US and Canada. International buyers please contact me for shipping costs.
- Q: How do I send you my design?
- A: You can send your design through the mail on paper or cd, or by email. See the ordering page for more details.
- Q: How can I pay for my buttons?
- A: You can pay for your buttons with a check or money order, or send payment online using Paypal. See the ordering page for more details.
- Q: Do you keep my button designs on file for reorders?
- A: Yes! Just let me know which design you want to reorder.
- Q: Can I get more than one design per 100 buttons?
- A: Sure! You can add a second design (to get 50 of each) for an additional $2 (set-up charge).
- Q: I want to order A LOT of buttons, can I get a discount?
- A: If ordering over 2000 buttons please contact me for a price quote.
