This CD was recorded at Gillary's in Bristol, Rhode Island during the spring of 1987. John Spreier produced and recorded the album using a line level direct from the mixing consule. David Chandler tickles the keys and vocal cords. John Spreier provides the guitar licks, programmed the drum tracks, smacks the bass around, and manages to find time to sing. The artist formally known as Arna Zucker sucks the harmonica, blows the trombone and completes the vocal ensemble. Take Me to the River was written by Al Green and Mabon Hodges.
