This CD was recorded at John G Studios in Lincoln, Rhode Island during the spring of 1992. The songs were all recorded live using a line level direct from the mixing console.

John Guadagni kept the percussion flowing. John Spreier created guitar slicks, sang the harmony vocals on Cinnamon Girl & Come Together, and sang the lead vocals on the rest of the songs. Steve Smith provided the bass foundation, sang the lead vocals on Cinnamon Girl & Come Together, and sang the harmony vocals on the rest of the songs. All of the songs recorded by John Guadagni and produced by John Spreier.

Cinnamon Girl was written by Neil Young. Come Together was written by John Lennon & Paul McCartney. Is This Love was written by Bob Marley. Tokyo was written by Bruce Cockburn. One Person was written by John Spreier. Exodus was written by Bob Marley. Lively Up Yourself was written by Bob Marley. Taxi Driver was written by Tidal Wave. I Love Her was written by Wilson Blue. Baby was written by John Spreier.
