This is an information guide of "Rage of the Dragons". This will cover issues you don't see in other guides. Many of the matters happen to be unanswered matters left from various places. Be careful because there are spoilers. --- Version History --- This is 2.0. 2.0 - 9/13/04 Adding a couple of questions was the only major task I did. 1.1 - 8/11/04 Don't worry. I only did minor edits. 1.0 - 8/2/04 I just placed whatever's at the top of my head as of this moment for the most part. === Ni (Two). Legal Statements === "'Rage of the Dragons' Information Guide" Copyright 2004 by Don Umali --- My Copyright Speech --- This guide is not for sale, rent or auctioning, like E-Bay. You may print this guide for your own personal reference & distribute this guide "individually" to others, just as long as you don't hand it out for a profit. (If I can't earn money by writing guides, then there should be no reason why you should sell my guide for a profit. The same should be said for putting up my guide or reviews for rent or for an auction. Okay?) All inputs, if used in this guide, will be credited to its rightful owner. To have the guide up elsewhere, ask first and that's it. Of course, the place must have a good reputation. That's easy, ne? Want to make an html version of the guide? Go ahead. The use of macrons is the only change I will allow. Of course, you must still give me credit. If I ever find out that you have taken this document without my permission or messing with it to deceive someone or whatever, I will sue your for every dollar, peso, yen, pound, euro or any other currency and win! Yes! I will win! Think about it! Writing or in this case, typing up guides takes a good amount of time! It certainly has taken me a long time to make this guide overall! I don't want to see you making an ugly act just because of a document you did not work on with your perseverance and heart! That is the last thing I want to see! Plagiarism is a big felony, you know! So, don't act so stubborn and keep that in mind! I may be nice, but rules are rules! I can and I will change moods in a snap! Being in trouble does make you feel bad! I hope you will remember what I have said! Oh and don't think that I'll let you slide with my other works. What I have said here does apply to my reviews and other works. I don't know why this is hard to follow. I don't want to experience any copyright problems! Rage of the Dragons - (C) of Noise Factory, Evoga, and Playmore - 2002 All other series and such mentioned here - (C) of their respectable owners --- Places You Can Find This Guide --- Besides my place, you should/will in the future only find this guide for now at: www.densetsu.com === San (Three). The Matters === Well, this is where I will try touch various unanswered issues I have seen from various places. I will try my best to answer each question. Bear in mind that there will be mistakes. "What's all this about legal issues?" Ah, yes, I knew this question would be brought up. Well, this happens to be a side-story (if I should be saying that) of the "Double Dragon" saga. Now, as for the legal issues, since Technos owns the rights to "Double Dragon" and the company brought forth only the concept of the characters, Evoga had to alter the names. So, instead of Billy and Jimmy Lee, we have Billy and Jimmy Lewis. Instead of Abobo, we have Abubo Rao. Oh and while we're at it, instead of Marian, we have Maria. (People say it's "Mariah", but I played the Japanese version and it does indeed say "Maria".) "Okay. Pepe's name makes sense, since that's another name for Jose in Mexico, but Pupa is not a Portuguese name. Well, there are two parts to the Pupa matter. First, what is up with the name issue and second, are her move names really in Portuguese?" For the first part, Pupa is not from Portugal. She's from Brazil. Whether or not it really does happen to be a person's name in the country, I don't know. As for the second part, the only move I know of in which I am sure the move's name is in Portuguese is her Parafuso, which means "screw" and she really twists like a screw in that move. (If you don't know what the move is, it's the move where she flies in the air slanted and no, it's not the move with the extra follow-up.) "Doesn't Alice resemble Alice of 'Alice in Wonderland'?" The clothes, some of the name moves, her last name being the same last name as the author of the novel in Lewis Carroll, yes, she does. "What are really the nationalities of Cassandra, Oni and Radel?" This is a question that has given me fits for a while. Really. Radel's case was the worst. Ha ha ha! After thinking for so long, I believe Cassandra and Oni are both Japanese and British most likely. If they have some connection with Elias, then that would make sense, seeing how Elias deals with Alice. That's how I see their cases at least. As for Radel, where do I begin? As far as I know, Radel is only a family name. Though Radel is European, he is not Norwegian. If anything, he is most likely German. "Is Johann really dead?" No. At the end of Annie's and Radel's ending, you will see Johann up. What he plans to do with her is beyond me. === Yon (Four). The Final Chapter === Okay. This is the final chapter. We're towards the end now. --- Future Tasks --- Well, I have a long way to go. I'll say that. Ha ha ha! --- Credits --- Myself - I have my second guide here of the game and I did some work on it. Noise Factory, Evoga, and Playmore - They are the ones involved in this game. Anyone else I might have forgotten - I'll thank you later on. --- Last Words --- Well, if you have questions, you know what to do. Yeah. Ja mata!
