Everyone Is Entitled To My Opinion

I am a very opinionated person. I know its hard to imagine but I am. *cough, cough*crap*cough, cough*
Yeah, my raging "progressiveness" (A.K.A. DEMOCRAT ALERT!!! Am I one? Oh yeah!) is nothing I try to keep secret. If you're willing to sit and listen I'll rant about anything as well as everything. I'm a strong advocate for free speech because I believe that a society is not free if it is a censored one. Knowledge allow us to form our own opinions- knowledge=freedom. I believe that a truly civilized society should be able to find better ways to settle problems than violence and death (A.K.A. wars, riots, death penalty, abortions, suicide of any kind, etc.). I think that the guilty should be punished but still treated fairly and victims should be protected. A society is judged by how well it looks after its least fortunate and its neighbors (people and other countries).

I don't try and force my opinions down other's throats as long as they don't try to force their's down mine. But I do enjoy imparting my views to others and to that end, I present my thoughts expressed in drawings- cartoons. Here you'll find a collection of political and opinion cartoons that I have created to show the world how I see things.

Note: The following are MY thoughts, opinions, and art. I CREATED THEM! Which means you are welcome to read them and laugh but DO NOT TAKE THEM! Plagiarism is a very ugly thing and I become very evil when I find someone commiting it. Fair warning.
Also, the following are MY views. They are not meant to be hurtful but are meant to give a peek into my mind. Don't get all defensive out there people. Thanks.

^My first political cartoon! I drew this when I was in fifth grade (all of 11 years old). The county in which I live was b*tching about beavers making dams in ditches and the like and I finally got tried of reading about it in the local newspaper so I created something to express my opinion on the matter. Not the most controversial of topics but, hey, it was a start.

^This my second political cartoon. This one takes a MUCH stronger stand on a hotly debated issue- should we re-instate the draft? Should we continue the selective service? I say "No." to both of these questions. This cartoon came as the result of having to sit and listen to how great the government is and how "the system" can get you if you don't register with the Selective Service at Financial Aid Night 2003 at my school. After two hours of it I was about ready to slam my head repeatedly on the table. But instead of inflicting brain damage on myself I drew this.

^Ah yes...The cartoon that made me famous in marching band for a day. This piece of work depicts how Murphy's Law works for our Drum Major, Justin. Never before had we since a drum major break his brand new drum sticks at band camp, let alone break his second pair on the practice field back at the school while talking about how much better they were than the other pair. Two pairs in one season broken... It just goes to show that Murphy's Law will get you every time.

^This is how I keep my sanity in a class of morons. I swear to God, most of the people in my 6th Hour Spanish class this year are kindergardeners. They yell, they throw stuff- they're idiots and it takes all of my strength to restrain myself from slapping all of them.
