This is a picture of us getting ready to head out to the field at MSBOA. Our show this year was based on "The Lord of the Rings" and was called The Power Of The Rings. The people in the picture (from left to right) are: Mark, Grace, Mike, Katie and Peyton.
This is the marchers sick from of fun- concentration blocks. Basically, you get different commands to preform and if ya mess up YOU'RE OUT! Yeah, I get out pretty quickly when we play this but I love it all the same.
Hail the mighty Sax Flag! This is our section's flag which our great Senior Drum Major saw fit to put on the stand area. :)
Yeah...our flag got stolen by the colorguard and they ransomed it- our former section member and Senior Drum Major, Justin, had to wear one of their pink section shirts for a day.
And this is the mother of our Drum Major, Laurie. She is dressed up to look like her son when he had to get our flag back for the parent skit at band camp 2002. Is she one of coolest nurses this side of Lake Michigan? Heck yes! (Sorry about the poor quality of this picture. I'm going to try and scan it again sometime.)
