PRICES

* Delivery/Pickup Service and Technical labor are available.

* Such charges are additional and vary by order.

* Technical equipment may require a technician to handle setup/striking at an additional charge.

* Orders placed for same-day delivery may incur a "rush" charge.

* No credit will be issued for unused equipment

RENTAL RATE SCHEDULE

* Rental prices are per room, per day unless otherwise agreed in writing

* Minimum rental period is one (1) day, Midnight to Midnight

* Equipment will normally be setup one (1) hour prior to start time

WARRANTY

* No warranty is offered unless stated in writing

* Any loss, damage, error, or malfunction of equipment MUST be reported IMMEDIATELY or NO credit will be issued. If there is a problem, call as soon as possible.

CANCELLATIONS

* Orders must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance.

* Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance will be charged a late fee of 50% of the full rental price

* After pickup or delivery, the full rental charges will apply
