Yes, yes, I know...everybody knows basic rpging rules, but I gotta set these out here anyway.
This rpg's rules will be much the same as any other. This rpg is rated PG (possibly even M), for some of the content. None of it's REALLY bad, but just be warned...there are some dark things that go on in people's minds... and in this rpg (namely Heather's...escape, but I won't spoil it.) Keep alcohol within reason (a glass of wine with dinner, perhaps...), swearing down as much as possible (though I won't mind if you let the odd word slip), drugs to an ABSOLUTE minimum, and no firearms if at all possible. Some swordplay may be necessary, but don't make it too graphic! Romance is fine with me -- kisses, hugs, etc, but don't take it TOO far. If you REALLY want to write a scene like that, either rate it so younger readers will know, or just suggest what happens rather than actually writing it. Magic use (teleportation, for example), telepathic conversations and other weird things like that are most DEFINITELY permitted! :) We couldn't have Jareth (or Trent, or any of the Faes, for that matter) if we didn't allow magic now, could we? Other than that, just use your common sense! I will tell you if you do something I don't like.
