Sichuan Potluck at the Leong's Apartment
What are Malaysians good ??? Eating, chowing, makan-ing, ingest,
devour.........in what-ever language - we are the Gluttons of the gluttons!!
We had a
hearty & heatypotluck dinner
under the invitation of Leong & Chooi. All of us ended up with flaming tongue but not
fiery tempers, though!
If any of you are not familiar with Sichuan potluck, the soup
is actually red-hot chilies and oil filled with Sichuan peppercorns (called hua jiao, the
tongue-numbing berries of the prickly ash)!! In fact, Sichuan cuisine is just the right kind of
food to get you all heated up on a cold autumn nite!!

Maggie is missing from the photo. And again she didn't send me the photo with
herself in it!!! Maggie, where are you?????
