HON. MOSES MALADINA, MP

Minister for Agriculture and Livestock

Moses Maladina was born on 4th September 1958.

He graduated with a Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Papua New Guinea in….

He was previously the Managing Director of Air Niugini and Papua New Guinea's High Commissioner to New Zealand.

Mr Maladina was elected to the 7th National Parliament for the seat of Esa'ala Open following the general elections of July 2002, as an independent member.

He joined the People's Action Party on 6 August 2002, and subsequently became its leader.

Following the formation of the Somare-Marat government on 13 August 2002, Mr Maladina became Minister for Agriculture and Livestock
