1 This is THE BOOK OF THE GENERATIONS OF ADAM. In the day that God created the man Adam, in the likeness of God He made Adam;
2 Male and female created He them (i.e. the 6th day creation), and called their name humankind, in the day they were created.

3 And Adam (with the article, 8th day) lived 130 years, and begat a son in his own likeness (Adam created in God's likeness, all his descendants begotten in Adam's likeness, after his Fall), after his image; and called his name Seth: (Here you will see and note that Adam’s first offspring, because of Abel’s death, was Seth. You do not find Cain listed in Adam’s genealogy. See Ezekiel 31 for continuation of who was in the Garden)
4 And the days of Adam after he had begotten Seth were 800 years: and he begat sons and daughters. (If Adam begat after Seth, so doubtless others after Cain and Abel)
5 And all the days of that Adam lived were 930 years and he died. (A day with the Lord is 1,000 years, so man didn't quite live a full day because of their fallen nature)

6 And Seth lived 105 years and begat Enos.
7 And Seth lived after he begat Enos 807 years, and he begat sons and daughters. (Longevity starts to decrease because of man's pollution, toxins & poisons, plus pulling away from God)
8 And all the days of Seth were 912 years and he died.

9 And Enos live 90 years, and begat Cainan (= a possession):
10 And Enos lived after he begot Cainan 815 years,and begat sons and daughters:
11 And all the days of Enos were 950 years: and he died.

12 And Cainan lived 70 years and begat Mahalaleel (= praise of Elohim):
13 And Cainan lived after he begat Mahalaleel 840 years, and begat sons and daughters:
14 And all the years of Cainan were 910 years: and he died.

15 And Mahalaleel lived 65 years, and begat Jared (= decent. Man's declining?):
16 And Mahalaleel lived after he begat Jared 830 years, and begat sons and daughters:
17 And all the days of Mahalaleel were 890 years: and he died.

18 And Jared lived 162 years, and begat Enoch (= dedicated, teaching. A new way of thinking. Not the same one as in Cain's genealogy. Do you see the difference?):
19 And Jared lived after he begat Enoch 800 years, and begat sons and daughters:
20 And all the days of Jared were 962 years: and he died.
21 And Enoch lived 75 years and begat Methuselah (= when he is dead it shall be sent. I.e. the Deluge).
22 And Enoch walked with God after he begat Methuselah 300 years (= walked to and fro, journeyed with Him; why not literally as with Adam before the Fall? Enoch was a prophet and he was a good preacher. Don't think people weren't warned before the Flood came. He told them what was happening between Cain [serpent, Satan's seed] and the children of God. Satan taught his seed who the Messiah would come through and he tried to stop it with the fallen angels), and begat sons and daughters.
23 And all the days of Enoch were 365 years. (notice same as days in a year).
3017 B.C.
24 And Enoch walked with God: and he was not, for God took him. (i.e. without dying, the 7th from Adam. He prophesied by "faith". Therefore Divinely instructed. Satan taught his seed who Messiah would come through and tried to stop it with the fallen angels. See the Book of Enoch)
3130 B.C.
25 And Methuselah lived 187 years and begat Lamech (= powerful):
26 And Methuselah lived after he begat Lamech 782 years, and begat sons and daughters:
27 And all the days of Methuselah were 969 years (oldest man that ever lived in the flesh. just short of one day with the Lord = 1,000 years): and he died.
2948 B.C.
28 And Lamech lived 182 years and begat a son:
29 And he called his name Noah (= rest, comfort, or consolation) saying,"This same shall give us rest from our works, and toilsome labor of our hands, because of the ground The Lord has cursed."
30 And Lamech lived after he begat Noah 595 years, and begat sons and daughters.
31 And all the days of Lamech were 777 years (777 = a divine number), and he died.
2446 B.C.
32 And Noah was 500 years old (Why so long before he had offspring? It took him that long to find a wife that was pure [pureness of genealogy] and hadn't been one mixed with the fallen angels): and Noah begat Shem, Ham, and Japheth (inverse order of birth).
