Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry

Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry is the name of the school in the Harry Potter books. There are four Houses in Hogwarts. The houses are like sororities. The four houses are as follows:

Gryffindor
Ravenclaw
Hufflepuff
Slytherin

The Sorting hat sorts the students on their first arrival at school. It digs into their hearts and brains and decides which house they are best suited for.

The Headmaster/Principal of the school is Albus Dumbledore. He used to be the Transfiguration teacher. He is now over 100 years old and still kickin' it like it was 1900 though. The Headmistress is Minerva McGonagall. She is also the Transfiguration teacher. She attended Hogwarts as a child and played on the Gryffindor quidditch team as chaser.
