That's my kid up there. She's a little strange, as you can tell, but I love her anyway...as long as she doesn't dress me funny.

Anyway, I guess it is only fair to tell you a little bit about my kid, since she is helping me do this page. Her name is Erin and I got her when she was nine years old. I still remember the day I got her. She walked right up to my cage and looked in, and I knew that she was the one I wanted. She looked like a happy kid, and her parents seemed to like me. The tall man picked me up first and walked around, while the lady kept telling him not to put me down. I liked walking around the pet shop with them.

But on the ride home I got to sit in the back seat with Erin. We spent the entire ride just looking at each other. We were both a bit confused and scared of each other at first. But eventually I decided I had made the right desision, and I started smothering her in kisses. It was so nice to hear her giggle!

She brought me into my new house and placed me on the ground. I was so excited that I ran over to the far end of the living room and pooped right on the carpet! The man and the lady rushed right over, while all my kid did was laugh.

Me and Erin have grown up together. I am now ten years old, and she is twenty. She has grown a lot since I first got her, and she seems to not be home as much anymore. But she is in college now, so I understand, as long as she plays with me when she gets back, and occasionally brings over her friends to play with me.

I am very protective of my kid. I have to be. Whenever she brings a guy home, I have to check him out, and if I don't like him she hears it from me later. There are also a lot of other big dogs around, so we have to protect each other. I saved her from a German Shepard one time when I was still a baby. But years later she repayed me by saving me from a big Rotweiler that wanted to eat me! It was scary, but she picked me up and saved me.
