1. The dragon shall not be ignored. Each stage of its growth must be posted
            within a week, unless reasonable cause is explained to Shadow Phoenix. If
            this request is not complied with, your dragon will be listed in the most
            dreaded of lists: The Realm of the Forgotten, where Abandoned dragons go.

            2. To become a candidate, these things must be told to Shadow Phoenix:
                        a. Your Name or Persona's Name
                        b. The URL Location where your dragon must be housed. It must be
                            prepared BEFORE you apply, unless you drop Shadow Phoenix
                            a note, explaining why it isn't up. The reason should be good. If
                            Shadow Phoenix checks for the URL, because she has not been
                            notified otherwise, and it does not exist, then the application WILL
                            BE DELETED! No exceptions.
                        c. The Name of the Clutch (i.e. the parents)
                        d. A number, as well as a backup number

            3. Your dragon must have a suitable home. Bare minimum is a character
                description of the dragon, and a description of its home. Shadow Phoenix
                does not expect you to describe the dragon in the URL for your application,
                but as soon as you recieve it, it must be included in the dragon's page.

            4. No intense profanity. Young dragons are very impressionable, and we do
                not want them talking like sailors!

            5. You must have a link back to AT LEAST the index page. The adoption
                page is preferable. You may use a simple link, or you can use my banner.

            6. You may not modify in any way, except for moderate resizing to fit your
                page if necessary (please build the page around the dragon, not the other way
                around!), any of the stages of your dragon. Shadow Phoenix tries to make
                the dragons 'page sized' but one can only do so much.

            7. Do not email Shadow Phoenix inquiring about the growth of the dragon.
                They are different for every clutch, and even she doesn't know the exact
                growth cycle of a dragon.

            8. Shadow Phoenix must be notified if your dragon is moved to a new home.
                She will randomly check to see if the links are operational. If they are not,
                then she will email you requesting an explaination. If a response is not
                given within a lweek, the dragon will move to the Realm of the Forgotten.

            9. One adoptee per persona, per clutch. You MAY however adopt two if you
                have another persona (and URL address).

            10. Your page must say the word Trukara on it somewhere so that I know
                that you have read the rules. Please do not name your dragon this,
                however.

"Now I know that you don't like rules," Shadow Phoenix says after you have finished reading them, "but they are for the safety and welfare of the dragons. We don't want them unhappy and neglected. They are merely precautions. Now, if you're ready, you can move onto the application process."
