Though the sun is shining and the sky is clear, there is an extra light that now shines upon him and coming from the area of the gate and small archway of Rosenkreutz’s garden. He turns to look and then he sees the Divine Sophia. Immediately after she appears, Eva, the daughter of Maria, then appears standing before the Divine Sophia. Both Eva and the Divine Sophia say nothing, but merely look upon Rosenkreutz as they both have a countenance of peace and felicity on their faces. In their golden vestments they are both engulfed in an aura of golden light as Eva’s face radiates a soft and beautiful white light.

There is then the most absolute silence that fills the air. Nothing of the sounds of nature or of anything else can be heard. Even the sense of time is suspended and still. The sun is setting in the west directly behind Eva and the Divine Sophia. Even the sun in the background has now taken on an ethereal appearance as it seems to engulf both Eva and the Divine Sophia. As Rosenkreutz looks to Eva he sees that she is holding a golden rose close to her.

At that very moment the rose that he is holding also turns to an ethereal golden rose. The Divine Sophia then raises her arms and as she does the whole sky becomes filled with a soft pink rose color. As the sun is setting faster both the Divine Sophia and Eva soon vanish from sight. The sounds of summer in the early evening then begin to fill the air once more and time has resumed its course. Looking down at the rose in his hands it has reverted back to a red rose. Rosenkreutz then bows his head and remains standing in the garden.

Later that night he is in the chapel kneeling in the center aisle in meditation with eyes closed. The chapel is again filled with the ambiance of candles throughout. Suddenly the twelve tones of the Initiates of the Rose Cross begin to sound throughout the entire chapel though they are not physically visible. The tones gradually increase in volume. The red rose that Rosenkreutz was holding in the garden is now laying in front of him on the floor of the chapel. He then raises his head and opens his eyes at which time the Divine Sophia appears before him. The red rose is between them.

He remains kneeling as she begins to speak to him. She says, “Rosenkreutz, your work in this life is completed. The seeds of your life’s mission have been planted and will bear fruit in the Age of Michael, the exalted archangel. The holy truths of the Christ’s Eternal Love will fill the hearts and souls of those who would seek and listen. His Light will shine brightly in the thoughts, feelings and deeds of those who would serve the Holy Son of God. Praise to the Son Incarnate Who died to raise us to Eternal Glory through the Ages yet to come. The red rose of your heart and soul has been redeemed and filled with the golden Light of the Christ. Your spirit that has been laid upon the cross of your body in this life will be resurrected to His Eternal Life. You will now rise to the higher spheres where you will stand before the Throne of the Christ; the Divine EGO-I AM; He Who is the Light of the World.”

The Divine Sophia now raises her head and looks upward while she says, “Gloria, in Excelsis. Amen.” After that she is surrounded by soft pink ethereal clouds as she slowly fades into these clouds which in turn gradually dissolve and disappear. The twelve tones then become silent. Rosenkreutz remains in a kneeling position after she has gone but then suddenly collapses to the floor. His life has ended.
