Pretty Sami is Sasami's alter ego super hero form. She's a spoof of Sailormoon & Creamy Mami type "magic girl" cartoons (with the silly clothes, weapons, and music). Pretty Sami appears in the series and OAVs as well as in graphic novels and possibly a side series(?) Pretty Sami is one more stab at satire (which Tenchi-Muyo is all about satire). There's absolutely nothing serious about her and she has no major effect on the plot (just good ol' super deformed anime fun!)
