In order to frame your dreams about present or future loves, a pillow stuffed with:
Mugwort
Rose
Mint
Lemon Verbena
Or...
Make a tea from these herbs (1/2 tsp each dried herbs, to a cup of water).Drink the tea before bed on St. Thomas' Eve, have an onion with your tea, on St.Agnes' Day, eat a salted egg.
Both foods further increase your chances of incubating an insightful or prophetic dream.
