rudach - monotomy in a bríocht or filíocht (generally unacceptable in bríocht but allowable in dícheatal di cheannaibh, qv).
ruis - elder, fiodh for the letter R, associated with, among other things, hosting, secret pathways, healing.
rún - secret (this word has a long ancestry and would appear to be Indo-European and not a Norse borrowing).
