- Notes: Virtual plate recreated from an image provided by an e-Bay Seller who was selling an ecologically, handmade, backpack made with a Disney license plate. The actual plate used for the backpack is aluminum. The plate is also labeled "Not For Official Use". The "validation tabs" used on this plate are identical to the ones used on the VR-OT-02 plate. It appears that this plate was produced for sale, but may have been prevented from release due to its look-a-like appearance to an official State of New York license plate.
