- Notes: It appears that this plate was produced for sale, but may have been prevented from release due to its look-a-like appearance to an official State of California license plate. The plate was only released incorporated into numerous products such as a photo album, a backpack and a purse. The plate has two extra holes drilled into it on each side of the plate to allow for additional attach points to the backpack flap. The plate has a plate ID number of 96B-0457. The plate is also labeled "Not For Official Use", and has a white back.
