According to WDW Mail Order, the plate is only being sold onboard the Disney Dream. The plate was made available to the public on the first and following public cruises on January 26, 2011. Bob Null of Florida discovered the plate with the unique ID number printed once, twice and three times on the back of the plate. It is still not clear what the number's purpose is, however this is the first time the number has found in different variations on the back of plates.

Mia and Tia (one can hardly be seen) are "princesses" and are riding a parking lot tram. The monorail and the parking lot tram have been transformed into "stylized" CARS characters.
