- Notes: Discovered on e-Bay in October of 2022 by Mark Warmann of California. The bears an FAC number (FAC-040866-22007) on both the front and back of the frame. The FAC number date code (22007) indicates a manufacture date of January 2022. The frame is hermetically sealed in a plastic pouch with a cardboard backing insert. The frame notes that it was made in the USA, while the cardboard insert notes that it was made in China. On the back of the cardboard insert it notes that, "Assembled in the USA from components imported from China". The price tag indicates the manufacturer in the US was Rico Industries Inc., of Skokie, Illinois. There is also a warning message on the front side of backing insert, "Notice: Prior to the installation of this product on a vehicle, it is the user's responsibility to ensure that the attachment of this product to the vehicle complies with all applicable government license plate requirements." The face of the chrome frame is covered by a multi-colored blue decal.
