Background of song
When the Toronto Movement started in Toronto, Canada, I was not fully
convinced that it was from God. The laughter and shaking of the body
seemed strange to me. When I first witnessed these expressions
with my own eyes at a meeting in FGT, I felt a little skeptical at
the beginning of the meeting. However, as the meeting went on, I felt
the peace of God and knew that it was indeed God
moving by the power of the Holy Spirit. He was doing a great work of
refreshing in His church. A few days after this experience, I wrote
this song "Flow Holy Spirit".
