Actually, Mad Irishman Productions has a lot of character sheets for free, & I think his character sheets are much, much cooler.
For the Spell lists & things, I direct you to Crystal Keep for an obsessively exhaustive & updated (to 3.5) set of PDFs.

The Internet STELLAR DATABASE--just a very cool concept.
